Vacation Packages to Jalisco for 2026

Staff at times were not able to keep up with dirty tables. And despite having the allergy paper and showing it to the staff the first night in the American restaurant, they told her something with soya sauce was safe.

Beautiful stay

Not a lot of detail about which pools you can use or not use . Not enough information.

I’ve stayed here a couple times before and loved it I’m sure what happened. Rooms aren’t clean at all, I felt so uncomfortable staying there/ being the restroom. Walls were extremely dirty with who knows what on them (They easily wiped off). So just poor cleaning. Hair and stains on bedding. First room they put us in had a heavy scent of a paint chemical and none of the lights/ electric was working. They did put us in a new room that did work. Very sweet staff at the bar/ restaurants! Restaurants were amazing. Beach is beautiful but I wish they had a colder pool! I just can’t handle the un cleanliness and inconvenience of constantly needing to contact front desk for things such as the air conditioner not working.

Amazing location
