“Great, cosy inn with plenty of space to eat. Family room had a good layout with some nice touches such as fresh milk for the tea and coffee. Staff very helpful and plenty of parking”

“Good proximity to Brockenhurst and Lynhurst. Leisure facilities and gardens are very good and staff are helpful. However the hotel rooms needs updating and refurbishing. The restaurant food in the evening is very mediocre eg oven cooked fish and chips. The staff obliged us in changing rooms as above was a very noisy corridor or guest ?? however we were changed to an equally noisy room over kitchen by reception staff. For these reasons we would not return.”

“Another wonderful stay , the hotel is so beautifully decorated clean and owners so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is amazing with a fantastic choice cooked to order. The lady serving this is a treasure and can’t do enough for you. Will be back again to this amazing hotel by the sea .”
