“We stayed for three nights at this great hotel and would return again. The staff were really friendly and efficient, everyone we met from welcome, bar staff, waitresses etc so nice. Our room was a Cosy sea view which I chose as I wanted a shower rather than bath. It was what it said in description, cosy not big. The bed was comfortable with good linen, bathroom clean and good toiletries provided. Well stocked tea tray. Room made up daily. We were pleasantly surprised by the food available,...

“FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊”

We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

“If traveling with a child, you can not use the pool between 10am and 4pm which we found highly restrictive. If you plan to use the sauna steam etc, we did not read the entire website in full which apparently tells you that the spa facilities are an additional £30 per person per day! Thankfully there was an understanding spa manager who reconsidered this cost for us.”
