“Very pleasant stay, will come again.”

“Very underwhelmed by our stay. We had room 122 for 4 nights. Bed was terrible - old and sunken, really uncomfortable. Battled spiders nightly. “The property doesn’t have air conditioning. If you’re planning to come during summer, think twice because it’s hard to sleep with this hot weather.”

“FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊”

“Breakfast was very good and the lady serving was lovely and extremely friendly, even though she was on her own and very busy. Bedroom was clean. Price was good value.”

“Very friendly staff, large room and varied breakfast options. Only downside was the soundproofing in room wasn’t brilliant. We could clearly hear people walking around upstairs and as we have a child, the lady next door started banging on the wall as soon as he made a slight noise.”
