We stayed the night before our cruise. Location was convenient to the port and the entire hotel staff was outstanding. Communication was helpful prior to our arrival with the Heathrow transportation options as well as suggesting their on-site restaurant which was very good. I would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Southampton.
