Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast

Easy parking next door. They also have valet parking. Hotel looked great, the room looked great. Room was clean. Dining room was large beautiful, and the breakfast was good, with healthy options. I would definitely return for next Cleveland visit.

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

This courtyard has the BEST staff -always so kind, courteous, and caring.

Our stay was okay. I expected a bit better value for the price. Looks like “dynamic pricing “ strikes again. The front desk was less than welcoming upon arrival. Seemed like our patronage was an interruption. The view from our room was the roof of the parking garage. The constant elevator noise and door slamming all night was only the beginning, bed was atrocious. We didn’t sleep. The 3’x3’ shower stall would have been alright if the water pressure was high enough to rinse off the soap. I can get by with a terrible view. All im looking for in a room is a good bed and a good shower. This place had neither. The restaurant was woefully understaffed. The 1 server covering the entire dining room at breakfast was still hustling at dinner- for which we were turned away. I’ll probably try another brand/ property if I find myself in Cleveland again.

The room was beautiful and perfect for what we needed! We stayed there to see Zeds Dead at Jacob’s Pavilion and it was perfect distance! It was a 5 minute uber trip! We had room service in the morning and it was a dream! The food was delicious and they brought us everything we needed to accommodate it! We will definitely stay here again. We were in the heart of downtown and it was such a great spot for everything and anything you needed!
