“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful and Memorable Stay We had such a lovely stay at the Radcliffe Guest House in Ross-on-Wye and genuinely could not have asked for a warmer welcome. From the moment we arrived, Geoff and Kim were incredibly friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. Geoff kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room when we checked in, which was such a lovely personal touch. “Clean spacious room, looks nice, there was a little “kitchen” and fridge with milk/ cerials to use. Location at Prom was nice being in the center of town. Not so nice; room at 3rd floor with no elevator and heavy bags. We hoped for a nice view on the Prom, but for that you had to stand up at the window to look down from this attic room. After 8am no longer free parking so you need to set the alarm and go down to pay before breakfast.”

“Room comfy, clean. Staff v. Friendly except for breakfast when a cup of tea never arrived and no toast with scrambled egg, asked for some just brought bread, no butter. Gave up. Evening dinner, freat menu, amazing tasty food and staff attentive and seemed to enjoy serving me and the family I invited over.”

“Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”

“It is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent for Hereford just 7 minutes away. We used it as a base and visited Hereford Cathedral and the Old House Museum in Hereford, Croft Castle, Leominster, Ledbury (not to be missed) Ross on Wye and Goodrich Castle.
