Lovely sized bedroom but in dire need of maintenance - window literally falling out. Whole room very shabby. Food in the restaurant/bar quite good but no breakfast (annoying and disappointing).

Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too.

Very nice little place to stay for a walking weekend in the hills. Room very well laid out and comfortable with added bonus of a balcony with a very pleasant view. Within walking distance of Malvern town, taking about 30mins.

Very noisy road. Very uncomfortable bed. TV not working. Too cold to shower as bathroom radiator not working. Could hear everything in room next door. Miserable tea tray!

The accommodation was not cleaned and the shower and toilet seat were broken. The towels were old and stained and smelt of stale cigarettes. There was dust and hair all over the headboard and the toilet was not clean. The shower was broken. We only stayed one of the nights that we booked.

Arrived late and as a booking for 3 we had expectations that the sofa bed would be made up for us or that bedding would be available to set it up ourselves. We had to wait for some time for the only staff available who was running the bar to make up the bed. This sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Such a pity for a lovely place. The 4 stars have been awarded because the staff member was extremely apologetic.
