“Great stay. Lovely hotel and lots to do. On check in we were slightly concerned as we had been allocated one of the further rooms but it was no problem at all. There is a golf buggy giving lifts on demand that the little one loved and an also a lift making the walk back easy. Pools are great with lots of things to keep kids entertained. Beach was very easy to access with comfortable loungers and self serve soft drinks on the beach and alcoholic a short walk to the bar. The food was very good....

“Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not 5-star quality This hotel is supposedly a 5-star property, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant, and we even found pests inside. What was particularly disappointing was the way the staff handled the situation. Despite bringing the pest issue to their attention, there was no proper response or serious effort to address the problem....
