“The Bathroom Basin Hot Tap flow was virtually non existant...very,very,very,slow in delivery which was minimal. The Bath Shower Mixer was broken causing great inconvenience not having a hand held Showering facility to avoid using the overhead seperate Shower and getting hair wet.”

“It was a nice little hotel, room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. However, if the current hot weather is going to be a recurring feature in future years, then the hotel may want to consider installing air conditioning going forward. Obviously the heat wasn’t the fault of the hotel, and it didn’t detract the enjoyment of my stay. It’s merely a suggestion for the future.”

“My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and we had a very relaxing visit. One thing that really impressed us was how peaceful our room was.
