I am a neat freak and cleanest means everything to me. I thought they keep cabins clean but could vacuum under beds a bit and it is not an updated mattress or bedding but I would stay here again.
Really enjoyed my stay at the Drake. Extremely nice staff, rooms are great and come as advertised, quiet area but not too far away from beaches, restaurants, etc. Will definitely come back again.
This is a perfect getaway for the family. You can do whatever you want at your leisure or follow their scheduled activities for the family ( Which were all fun) just remember for your cabin they don’t provide anything so bring your own. I.e. larger frying pan, dish soap , hand soap) things you would ...
Our stay was very nice and very informative and we would come back again thank you chris
In this condition, it should be a $85 ngt. cabin. A can of paint, new carpets & tile or linoleum can go e long way. Entrance to the lodge introduces you to what awaits you. Property can still serve a budget oriented clientele, but investments must be made immediately.
Property is several poorly maintained individual cabins. I understood that these were older cabins, however their condition an upkeep on basic elements was very poor. If you go to eat at the restaurant the food is really good, but don't stay in the cabins.
Was more rustic than we expected. More like a cabin in a state park. Wouldn't stay there again. Overpriced for accommodation .
