Vacations Close To Half Moon Golf Course

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at RIU Aquarelle! From the overall atmosphere to the entertainment and beautiful pools and beach, it was a lovely experience. The resort has a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to relax, have fun, and enjoy your time away. The customer service was one of the things that stood out to me the most. The staff were excellent, and their hospitality really added to my experience. The food was good, and my room was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the entertainment, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What I loved most was the overall atmosphere of the resort. It was a great place to unwind, enjoy the surroundings, and make some nice memories. I had no major issues during my stay, and overall, I left feeling happy with my experience. RIU Aquarelle is definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a nice resort experience in Jamaica. I had a great time and would happily recommend it to others! ❤️🌴

On my second day there was a roach in my room on his back kicking, I call the front desk and it took them 45 minutes for someone to come and they came to change the sheets. The next night I woke up to go the rest room and there was a roach running on the opposite pillow. That place is unclean. After the second time they changed my room and the new housekeeper was a goood one. There workers are lazy and not to mention the buffet I a Messias, please go to a different location and not the one in ocho Rios.

I have stayed here in the past and my experience was by far the best the first time.. Not complaining but the staff wasn’t as pleasant, they seemed tired and overworked…Even with tipping then they were so dry, ask a question and it was like you’re disturbing them,..I would like to see some different entertainment it was the exact same entertainment from the last time I was there, bring out a live band during the day for a few segments of music, honestly I think it’s time for a make over,I didn’t get that warm and fuzzy feeling being there this time, my room cleaner was thee worst I think she cleaned my room last in purpose, it was very irritating but we got passed it,it was just a different experience, from the welcome I didn’t get the “YEA MON,NO PROBLEM,EVERYTHING IRIE” type vibe..I been to Jamaica more times than I can count, but this trip day 2 I was ready to go home..it’s time to evaluate and upgrade..however food was good..

The hotel rooms were filled with mosquitoes. The food was tasteless and terrible. The dining room staff were slow and impolite. The hallways were always wet or dirty. The hotel turn off all the outside lights at nighttime. Very scary property. I did not feel safe walking outside at night.
