Vacations Close To Blue Diamond Shopping Centre

I enjoyed my stay overall and had a great experience with the hotel. The property was nice, and aside from a couple of issues, I was happy with my stay. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the Asian restaurant at all the food was very disappointing and was probably the biggest downside for me. I also felt that the communication regarding transportation with the bus company could have been much better and more organized. Other than those two things, I enjoyed my time at the resort and would still consider staying again.

Stayed here a week and couldn’t be happier. The hotel is very cute and outdoorsy (no AC in many places) so you have to be ok with that. The rooms are nice and roomy. The beds are so comfortable! Meals were good, especially at the beach bar. Definitely order the jerk chicken with fries. The staff at the resort were so kind, attentive, respectful and just generally lovely people. There was never an issue of not finding a spot on the beach or pool like you normally experience at larger resorts. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to get away with a couple of books, children free, and have a laid back experience in a beautiful setting.

Overall we had fabulous time during our stay at the Rui Resort at Mamme site. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. the food was very delicious and access around the site was good. Sleeping arrangements was very comfortable and relaxing.

We recently stayed at Moon Palace Ocho Rios and overall had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing facilities and plenty to enjoy throughout the resort. We were also very impressed with most of the fine dining restaurants, where both the quality of the food and the overall dining experience were excellent. Unfortunately, Agra, the Indian restaurant, was a major disappointment. The standard and quality of the food were well below what we would expect from a resort of this calibre, particularly when compared with the other restaurants on site. Another area that could be improved is the attitude and energy of some of the restaurant staff, particularly during breakfast. We found several members of staff to be quite moody and lacking the warm, friendly and energetic hospitality that we normally associate with Jamaica. A welcoming attitude from staff makes such a difference to the overall holiday experience. Our biggest frustration, however, was the repeated telephone calls to our room encouraging us to attend a presentation relating to timeshare/membership sales. We came to Moon Palace to relax and enjoy our family holiday, and we did not appreciate being repeatedly contacted in our room for sales purposes. Once a guest has declined, that decision should be respected without further calls or pressure. Overall, Moon Palace Ocho Rios is a beautiful resort with fantastic facilities and some excellent restaurants, and there is a lot to recommend about the

Television was stuck on the XXX channel for 4 days, arrangements I made ahead of time to celebrate my daughter's bday were not honored, pool side menu was good room service was not.
