The staff were amazing — service was unmatched, couldn’t say anything better about them. Where we struggled was with the food options — seemingly limited, and speciality restaurants barely open, along with no room service or option to get food besides a “burger bar” anytime after 9pm. The buffet was mediocre at best. Really disappointed with food options, otherwise would consider going back.

We loved this stay so much. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I especially enjoyed the staff!! They absolutely made sure that me and my girls had a blast everyday. We loved all the shows too, especially magic mike ;)

Riu it’s always a great time, it’s a party resort you don’t really come there for anything else lol food was edible. And we were able to go to the other hotel Riu Montego Bay, and eat lunch there and go to their parties. I only got to try the buffet and the snack bar. You had to have reservations for everything else which everything was booked the whole time we were there. The jerk chicken hut was good on the beach as well.
