Was good. Clean room good bathroom

We spent 6 days in this resort. We received an upgrade upon check-in which we appreciated a lot! Room cleaning was a bit incomplete for a couple days of our stay (for example, the bathroom would not be fully cleaned). The room was spacious and had a nice view! The food is good and the restaurants are diverse, and the mini bar was great and free for us. The pools were clean and one was still being built that will be a perfect spot with a great view. The property is next to the beach, so we were happy about the location of the resort. The resort was not too busy. There was entertainment every night and the staff were helpful and friendly! We went on a tour with the help of the resort and it was fun and beautiful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Too many locals staying at resort. Music blasting all day. Pool bar limited. Beach area limited. Attention to detail would be very helpful. In rooms ok couple things broken that can easily be fixed. Mini fridge options very little. Buffet was decent. Japanese was decent. All other restaurants food was yuck. You have to like jerk chicken that was really good. Store in resort very limited except for souvenirs but very expense. All in all I personally wouldn't choose this resort again.

This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned. The restaurants offer significant variety and the food is wonderful. But here is the hidden gem - the staff! The staff - customer service staff, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping staff are top notch, professional and very attentive, without being overbearing. This resort is a can’t miss! A true gem of the Caribbean!!!
