Overall, this hotel is a party vibe. The check in staff at did not inform my party that if you lose the wristband you would have to pay $250 for replacement. The room was nice. Be careful of haggling… you will be told one price and when you get to your destination the price goes up. Also, the airport shuttle did not pick up us . Read all the fine print. Our stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet the expectations of the resort or the price paid. The property itself appeared dated and in need of significant updates. Throughout our stay, we found the staff to be largely unwelcoming, with very few positive customer service interactions. The dining experience was also disappointing. The hibachi restaurant was the only dinner venue that offered acceptable food; however, we could only reserve one night. The buffet was consistently overcrowded, frequently ran out of food without timely replenishment, and offered very limited fresh vegetable options & it was soooo hot inside. The most concerning aspect of our experience was the level of customer service. Management was unresponsive and failed to address concerns appropriately. Reaching the front desk or guest services by phone was extremely difficult, and when we were able to make contact, our issues were not handled in a satisfactory manner. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this resort. We left feeling disappointed by both the quality of the accommodations and the lack of customer care. We would not choose to stay here again.

This is the third aall inclusive we have stayed at in Montego Bay. By far the nicest.
