“Had a pleasant two night stay here. We asked for a high floor and quiet area as we are light sleepers, and we had two good nights sleep. Staff were welcoming, room was spacious with everything we needed. Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice, friendly staff and a pleasant restaurant. Location is perfect for Newcastle City Centre, and our visit to St James’ Park for a match. It’s our 2nd stay here and will definitely return when we need a stay in this area again. “I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it.”
