“What a lovely place to stay. Friendly, accommodating, quiet, comfortable is only the start of the experience. Definitely book for the dinner which is excellent and served in the small but intimate restaurant. Breakfast - really good with locally supplied produce - doesn't get much better. We stayed in the Bothy which was very big and even had a little kitchenette. “Sadly, this was a bad experience. I booked via Expedia where the hotel was advertising a Michelin trained chef and a restaurant. I travelled solo 145 miles for a two night break purely because of this. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn the restaurant closed last year. I expressed this disappointment in very civil tones, explaining this was the only reason for my visit. “Wunderschöne, gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Unser Elektroauto konnten wir unproblematisch und mit transparentem Preis laden.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt ist.
Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv erneut buchen.”
