A long time business traveler, having stayed at several chains in several countries, and few if any will be as memorable as this one. Outstanding location, facilities, and service. Too many unique features to mention, but it is a real highlight and privilege to have stayed here.

We love this hotel. The staff is wonderful. The room is clean and comfy. And we love the coffee shop downstairs. It’s the perfect location at Trafalgar and charring cross. Walkable to so many sights and easy for the train. We always stay here when in London.
