Really helpful staff, spa and gym were really well equipped, although one of the footie spa unit was missing a plug. Restaurant on Saturday night struggled with orders however food was very nice when it arrived. Rooms very clean and spacious.

The pool, jacuzzi and sauna area was a fabulous treat and really well kept. The breakfast was really good with plenty of gluten free options, nespresso coffee and milk alternatives. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The main jacuzzi wasn't working and the upgraded breakfast although better than the previous buffet, arrived lukewarm. When we sent it back that seemed to shift the previous attentive attitude from staff. Plus, the jams on the table weren't checked - 2 had been opened before we sat at the table. Stayed here before and each time it feels a little less charming.

The room was clean and everything smelt fresh. The jacuzzi bath in the Suite was Devine. The staff were super friendly and helpful - 10 out 10 😊. The big whirlpool/jacuzzi was lovely. The breakfast (room service) was mediocre at best - 1st morning it was cold and the poached egg was solid, the fresh fruit was just an apple (very disappointing). The 2nd morning was a little improved. Other than that we lived our stay and will be back 😊

Second visit to this hotel and really enjoyed the comfortable bed, lovely spa and good bar food. It is a little remote so not ideal if you need to be right on top of things but the nearby town of Bicester covers that.
