The place is adequate for casual staying. The good point for this budget hotel is that it's so convenient that you can get food and supermarket within a walking distance, and bus stop close by to get you to Oxford city or out of it.

Good hotel for the price you pay! Extremely basic, you get a bed, a small bathroom, and that's it. There is no fridge or kettle, but the room was clean and comfortable. I opted for a room with a window, however the window could not be opened. The staff was nice and helpful at check in.

I asked for a small room and that is what it was. It would be great for an Oxford student visiting or a seasoned traveler more concerned with the schedule and not the room. Great room for the price, clean and easy. They have bigger rooms and I have not seen them. I was pleased with what I got.

The room was very clean and well-maintained as was the rest of the hotel even the stairway. Staff were very nice. Convenient location for us. We've stayed before so know the area. Good food options that are very near. We'd stay again.

We realise no tea & coffee plus chairs in rooms may cut costs but other comparable hotels provide them. It would of been nice to check in with a person rather than have 3 receptionists watch us use the automatic check in. Good air con & window size in room & clean bathroom.
