Nice breakfast and a wonderful evening meal. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the bar and lounge area. Maybe one or two small bits of general upkeep would make it even better. Some of the rooms and hallways have clearly been renovated not too long ago and some haven't. Only a very short drive to a number of days outings and Heyford train station which can take you to Oxford.

This is our second visit to this lovely hotel. The staff here are very friendly and seem very dedicated and do work hard to make your stay as relaxed as possible, always happy to help. The food is lovely and the bar is very well stocked and reasonably priced .We love it here and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night we wished it was longer! Beautiful hotel, really big room and a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much. Nice tasty breakfast too Can’t wait to return!

A very good hotel. The rooms were spacious with a Nespresso machine (always a plus) the bathroom was well designed. The bar and dining areas are very comfortable and the service was of a high standard. The hotel is well situated for Woodstock, Blenheim Palace and access to the Cotswolds. The hotel is very close to a busy road but we were not disturbed in our room. There is a footpath with a short walk to the nearest village, otherwise you will need a car to potter around. The breakfast was fine, the seasonal fresh fruits were in short supply, the scrambled eggs were a little watery, the hash browns were too greasy for me. The evening meal was a mixed bag, but they were very quick to compensate and apologise for the errors that were made. Overall a very good experience, recommended.

Staff were excellent . Just a shame that even in a deluxe room they don’t provide drinking water or green tea bags until you request them . And the most basic of coffee biscuits provided for one person. Not sure what the deluxe premium was for !

Easy check in. We did not get charged for an early check in. £30 to pre book a 12pm check in is extortionate. Either your room is available or it’s not! That aside we had a lovely stay. Clean and modern bathroom. Loved the Biscoff biscuits ( 2 each!) We ate in the restaurant and everything we had was delicious. Super service and everything was hot.
