Good location to see Oxford and surroundings. Was there related to a confernece, the hotel provides a modern yet cozy place to stay. Staff this time were very kind and showed great hospitality, in particular front desk and coffee shop.

Lina was great at reception, there were ample of refreshments in the lobby and the room had complementary water. The issue was the swimming pool, you have to call and book, and then you only get 30 mins in there (which we were not told), we were told to get out after 25 mins of our start time even tho the pool had only a few people in it. Breakfast was good, decent internet.

Clean and air-conditioned room, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, and the bar was well staffed with polite and friendly staff. The only negative was having to pay for parking.Other than that I would highly recommend staying at this hotel 4star.
