On the positive - Regarding the Staff - extremely helpful and professional. On the negative ...we had continuous issues with our room door lock and had to ask staff for their help - very frustrating. The washing machine was old and extremely loud and needed to be replaced. The cover for the rad heat was not secure and fell down,

The property has been updated on two of the floors. I have stayed there many many times over the last 10 years and this was the best stay yet! I was as I was in a renovated room and it was beautiful. The new team were very attentive. The only thing I would recommend is to have a phone in the room to call Reception.

Great little apartment in an excEllen’s location

Spotlessly clean with everything I needed. Quite a lot of road noise due to location, but earplugs sorted that out. Lovely staff and a warm welcome from Demetri.

Lovely apartment in excellent location for tube,trains. Great position for walking in Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens.Would definitely stay here again.

I was mislead by the address . It was not an accurate location . And I wasn’t informed that the studio was in a deep basement with many steps . It was hugely inconvenient . I left it after two days to a hotel .
