Lovely comfortable bed and room. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. The indoor pool was very welcome. A good variety at breakfast, however only scrambled eggs were offered. Would like an option for eggs of your choice to be cooked to order. Plenty of parking on site.

Impressed. Room seemed newly updated and was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good though the bacon could have been better cooked, it was a little underdone. Short walk to the beach. Note I parked on the street and now have a car covered in bird droppings so avoid the trees! Will definitely look to book again when we can.

The prices are very reasonable, the breakfast buffet is great. The evening food options for us weren’t brilliant, I would suggest using one of the many local eateries for evening meals. The SPA is Devine, really spacious and the two treatments I had were reasonably priced and absolutely fantastic, The main swimming pool is also good, it’s open long hours and generally isn’t too busy (although we stayed here out of peak holiday times) they have happy hour at the bar so you can have some drinks on a budget if you want to. the bartenders were really nice as well.

Such a peaceful stay and would return again

What an amazing time. The deluxe room was newly upgraded so all nice and new. Very comfy bed, spacious room and nice big shower. Spa facilities very affordable and we used it every day. Nice short walk to the beach and tow centre so no need to drive anywhere. Parking in the street was free.

We very much enjoyed the upstairs pool, i believe there is a fee for the pool & jacuzzi on lower ground. Restaurant was lovely, polite and helpful staff. Our AC wasnt working properly, even when the gentleman came and fixed it, it wasnt really cool, but not an issue as was quite cool for june. If i were to share some constructive criticism, it would be a lovely touch to have a mini fridge in the deluxe & superior rooms! Finally, we were ever so grateful for the free noon checkout on the Sunday, that was very kind indeed, all in all a wonderful weekend break & I'm positive we will return soon!

Great hotel and friendly staff. Only a few things which were minor - room was downstairs and the window was right next to some outdoor seating, so would have been very noisy on a busy afternoon/evening. Had dinner (burger) which was tasty. Unfortunately the bar and outdoor area overlook the pool so we decided against a swim and opted to pay the £15 for the spa visit instead! Parking ok but £10 per 24 hrs so could add up for a longer stay. EV charger would be handy. Room was serviced even though we didn't leave the sign out which was nice but unnecessary (changed our towels even though left on the radiator). Slept well though and it was a spacious room with good shower. Thanks!

Great stay!

Had an excellent 4 night stay at the West Cliff. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The Spa are downstairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are very dated, limited amount of sockets. Either too hot or too cold. Rest of the hotel is fine. But the staff is wonderful. Pool was great, my daughter loved it. Didn't have time to use the spa. Parking fairly priced and location close to the beach.

Just an overnight stay in Bournemouth . Staff very pleasant a room was good if small. Two beds together instead of a single double but maybe that was because of getting it in the room. Breakfast good but no toast

My husband and I stayed for one night. A very nice hotel. Clean, warm room. Comfortable bed. There is a large comfortable lounge/bar area. A very nice English buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay at the Westcliffe again

Family break

On check in we were ugraded which meant AC which was great as the room did get very warm. Room was large and bed was good. All the staff were very nice. We enjoyed the pool which was warm and kid friendly. Didn’t eat at hotel apart from Breakfast which was decent, but only buffet. Option for fresh eggs would have been nice. Nice area and short walk to Durley Chine beach. overall a great experience and would recommend and go back.
