The hotel is ‘tired’ but good enough for the price. The restaurant closes at 7.30pm which seems about 3 hours too early. The bar closes at 10.30pm - also a little early. Comfortable bed but the rooms are very hot.

It’s closer to the beach. However the property smells of smoke. It has outdated furniture, carpet and its not clean. Rooms are not ventilated. We were there in summer at 24c and it felt like 40c in the room. I won’t recommend this hotel for family stay. It’s cheap for a reason and good for someone looking for 1 night stay after full day at the beach.

The staff are honestly lovely, helpful, hardworking. It makes for a lovely stay really. I asked where to go things to do & a lovely member of staff pointed me in the right direction. Totally child friendly. Perfect for families. Pool is a godsend. So nice to cool off a good bar to relax as well.

The building is quite old, but it has been well maintained and is clean. The room had some older furniture and fittings, which were perfectly functional and did not cause any issues. However, the room was not air-conditioned, and the small fan provided was not sufficient for comfortable ventilation during the night. There was plenty of free on-street parking available nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and overall, the stay was pleasant. That said, I felt the room rates were a little high considering the facilities provided.

The staff was very helpful and friendly . We had breakfast there which was very nice . Didn't like the Coffee and Tea in the Room's . Carpets was stained ,Shelf in Bathroom was very dirty . Hotel needs a mega upgrade , but for the price it was o.k. Bed's where good to sleep in ,could have done with an extra Pillow . Is a very low budget Hotel .

Not a luxury hotel but for the price its pretty good. The room layout is similar to a chain hotel room and it was clean and tidy. The staff were great and always friendly. I never ate here so cant comment on the food. They have entertainment on at the weekends which you can hear in your rooms but its not excessive and finished at 10 pm each night. I would happily stay here again if i found myself in the area.

Good place to stay for Bournemouth. 10 minutes walk to the sea front and about 20 minutes walk to Bournemouth sea front and town centre. Room was very clean and the small inside pool was good enough for a few strokes. Would stay again on our next visit.
