Such a lovely hotel and very helpful staff. The pool and spa was very relaxing. We had a garden room which opens out to the outdoor pool and has deck beds and a hot tub bath. Bed is super comfy too! A really enjoyable stay. Will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Pool was much needed in the heatwave. Feel this is a bit of a victim of its own success. It draws a certain clientele and doesn’t feel exclusive and for the price it should do. Pool needed cleaning. Otherwise head and shoulders above all the other Bournemouth hotels. Clean room, with coffee and tea facilities in the room! Spa was clean, modern and great outdoor pool! Would definitely book again! Nice view of the seaside and close to the centre of Bournemouth. Only downside was the parking, as limited spaces best to get there early to get a spot.
