“Falló la Duchas falta un poco de mantenimiento ”

“Good property just that the last night our room was not clean.”

“A lovely, well run hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was superb and the room clean , comfortable with everything you need. Thank you the Sandburn Staff!”

“Comfortable”

“The jacuzzi in the spa was unfortunately not working. Our room had two showers (one over bath and one separate) but both had very poor pressure with the water just trickling out. The large air duct outside the bedroom window was very noisy and woke us up very early. There was a flickering bulb in the bathroom causing eye disturbance for me.”

“Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

“Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay”
