Great place to stay. Handy location with just a short walk into town. The rooms had all we needed. The beds were a little uncomfortable and noisy but not too bad. Otherwise, all good.

Ideally located on a fairly busy main street, still quiet though, clean room, nice walled garden, only minor issue was lack of drawer space and the bin was too small for a longer stay, nice mini kitchen too, be aware internet can be intermittent. All in all a pleasant place to stay and I would certainly return.

Very helpful manager, she kindly upgraded us and made a wonderful effort for our 10 year anniversary. Clean and comfortable room, set in an idyllic location. All in all a great stay. Nothing could be done about the parking situ, I advise to get there early for a space. We would happily return.

The family room was very nice, however the room would be better for 2 adults and 2 children as the sofa, which turned into a bed, was too narrow and short for 2 people. The bedroom doesnt have any access to any windows as there was a double door balcony which was unable to open due to safety, but it was very hot. However the staff were very nice and gave us an extra fan. The parking was good and close on the premises but had it be paid for.

Room was immaculate . £15 per night to park car at property I found this a bit pricey but parked there anyway . If you want an early check in it’s £25 which once again is very pricey but you can park up and leave your stuff if you don’t want to pay this . If anything the bathroom is on the small side. Bed was very comfy . Would use again

Convenient, good value for money. It’s not a B&B and we never saw any discount vouchers for food locally which were promised. The staff were ok, it was a bit weird not having someone there at all times but over all the stay was pleasant.

The room was clean but very tired looking. The mattress was not supportive. Couldn't get hot water from the tap in the room sink. Shower temperature was scalding and took ages to settle to a manageable temperature. Bedside lamp had a PAT test sticker dated 2022. Not impressed at all with this hotel the room was not clean as you would expect and the bathroom was discusting mold everywhere including the shower head. It was stated that there would be a Samsung tv to watch freeview but it didn’t work and was a very old pc monitor looking tv so we couldn’t watch anything. Towels were dirty asked for new ones twice but they never came. Toilet kept running intermittently showed the staff but it stopped as they came in then started again so nothing was done. The bed was extremely uncomfortable we both had bad backs after the first night. No dressing table with a mirror to be able to get ready to go out and us ladies know the importance of that. Just the basic things that are simple to rectify but no effort was made to change it. The shower I was cleaner before I got on it the shower gel bottle was broken and sat on the floor. I will not be going back stick to the ones we know are good.
