Drayton Parslow Vacations

Wifi was very unreliable. TV streaming did not work. Room was too hot, unable to lower temperature below 18C. Very, very small space

Balcony isn’t balcony it’s a kind of French balcony, I m disappointed When I saw. Because of I paid double for balcony but 40 cm wide

The Westbourne Hyde Park was phenomenal. The staff was attentive and knew me by name. My favorite part of the room was the wonderful shower. It will be my hotel of choice when I return.

Beware of booking the Superior Queen Room - there are several interior facing rooms at the property that don't look like the advertised photos online at all. The rooms are extremely small and overlook mechanical equipment so there's zero natural light. The bathrooms are also extremely small (about 40 sq. ft) and can only accomodate one adult at a time.

The hotel is well appointed and in a great location. We had some minor issues with our booking and room. However the staff and GM were super helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel, we will be back for sure.
