This hotel is located very close to the airport. There is a bus stop 1 min away that takes you to departures for £2. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite small but fine for 1 night. Check in and out is simple. We've stayed a number of times now and have always been very satisfied.

The staff were really lovely and overall it was clean and right near the airport. Our toilet would not flush but we only stayed for one night, we reported it but it was fully booked, instead staff offered a free drink and did there best. Think property needs refurbishment but other than that can not complain.

All the staff during our stay ( 15.3.26 ) were very helpful. We checked in around 16:20 and we had a problem with our bag , the staff who checked us in was very sympathetic, and gave us the best option to solve it. Overall excellent service, can’t fault it.

The rooms were clean and stocked with teas and coffees. There was shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The hotel is easy to get to, the staff courteous and helpful. I would stay here again if I ever flew out of luton. It's convenient and cheap.
