We are a family of 5 and ended up needing 2 rooms here. It was clean and the breakfast was very yummy. The kids enjoyed the pancake making machine. It was a quick 10 minute walk down a sidewalk from the Luton airport. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Luton train station, but you will need to cross over streets and some uneven sidewalks which was a bit difficult with luggage. The other option was to walk back to the airport to catch the DART shuttle to the train station, but that would have cost 5 pounds per person. This was a convenient stop for us to rest in between our flight into Luton at night and going into London the next morning.
