“Out of the 4 lift, only 2 working. Take very long for the lift to come down to your level. Facilities are old. Variety of dishes for breakfast are the same daily. Only 1 meat. Not palatable:”

“I booked and paid through EXPEDIA 1 room for 2 nights at Formosa Hotel, Batam, Indonesia. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel (by taxi), the hotel was totally CLOSED for renovation!!! It was not easy to find another hotel as we are not very familiar with other hotels in the area. Now let’s see how fast EXPEDIA will refund me. ”

“Hotel lobby looks spacious and elegant but but the room is totally different 😖Room furniture is old, the bed springs are bad and they are sink down, bathroom no hand towel no tissue paper, shower room is small. Breakfast so so. Disappointed😞”
