"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller...

"The hotel staff were helpful and the check in was quick. The rooms were comfortable and clean and towels changed daily. Variety of eateries near the hotel which was good. Had to pay minimum amount for parking ,which was not explained properly by the hotel staff that the room card has to be validated daily to enjoy this one time payment. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"The hotel was at the tail end of its renovations and its main entrance was still blocked. Taxis had a hard time finding the way to the hotel and friends who came to pick us up were also lost. The room we were assigned was spacious and very comfortable. We had

towels, coffee, tea, slippers and bath robes. They also provided new tooth brush sets every day and there was also Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom. But restaurant choices were limited and the makeshift bar was a let...
