"Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. "1 day stay on a business trip to KL. Hitel is pretty much what you expect from an IBIS. The rooms were clean an in Good condition and comfortable. Arrived at a late flight and despite there being 2 staff on took ages to be acknowledged. In fairness to the gentleman who served me he was on the phone but the lady who was also there could have looked up from her phone every once in a while. Other than this annoyance my stay was good overall."

"The place is very average, but the bed wa comfortable. The price for early check in was not disclosed and ended up being almost the entire previous nights stay. After reluctantly paying that then they tell me the room allocated to me is still occupied so I can’t check in early unless I pay even more to ‘upgrade’ to a better room. Icing on the cake was no hot water. At least the ac worked and was cold. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. "
