An okay stay!

The hotel was fine but nothing spectacular. It was incredibly busy so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in. There were no towels at the pool and we had to ask 3 different members of staff before someone knew where to find more which was a little annoying. The hotel is really well located for golf, shopping and visiting Putra Jaya.

The stay was great, the hotel was thoughtful enough to offer Firmer Pillow which I really appreciate, as hotel pillow can be on the soft side. Only complaint I have is with the checkin. It took me 25 minutes just to checking while i chose prepaid as the payment, because there’s no separate queue between pay at hotel checkin and online prepaid checkin. Should have that setup to ensure smooth checkin

Room is nice though bed a bit on the hard side. Overall good room size, and linked to mall. very convenient. staffs are very friendly and helpful! Somehow hotel shower does not have ledge to put my own toiletries... would be nice to have but seems missing in most Moxy?
