Great buggy service to terminal 1. I used Sama Sama as my home base for a 2 day KL stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I have an allergy and everyone was very attentive to ensure safe meals. The train to town is convenient.

This is a beautiful hotel with large comfortable room, hot water in the shower, clean, and a master light control at the front door. I was upgraded to the top floor which had its own happy hour with fancy food snacks and wine and beer. The attendant there is always on duty and can check you out. A great experience!

So convenient connected to the airport! The hotel is fresh and nice after a long hall flight. I had lounge access which was amazing! Only down side, there wasn't alot of veggie options. So I only ate 2 items from the spread, would have loved a few more. Breakfast is a huge spread! Again I couldn't try it all but hopefully in future they have more options for us veggies.
