I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. It is a beautiful property but sorely lacking in service. We checked in and since it was prepaid, it was quick which was nice because it was close to midnight. Hotels usually get a credit card for incidentals, right? Well they didn't and so we had to pay each time we ate or drank in any of the food outlets. This was inconvenient. I broached it the next day but was met with a defensive stance. Oh well...

Nice room got free upgrade because standard room already full. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Good ballroom for conference. Just open carpark infront of hotel, have valet services & multilevel parking a bit far but got buggy services also.
