"The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. It’s sold as rustic but it’s barely inhabitable. On the positive side the family that runs it were gracious and kind people. They were helpful and offered assistance in going into town. "An amazing stay. A really lovely place, great space to sit outside the room in the courtyard upstairs. Staff are SO kind and friendly, would definitely recommend. The owner really cares about her guests and wants to help and gives great advice about the local area. Great price too! Couldn't fault it. "

"The best part was the proximity to the volcano. We got up early and hiked it. That was the value. Otherwise not a great stay. Very dirty everywhere. There were only two towels in our four person room and they had holes. Not sure how clean our bedding was. There was also a weird smell we couldn't get to fade. We made it work but we won't again "

"El lugar es acogedor, está muy bien ubicado, la comida es muy buena. Sin embargo, nos ocurrió que la habitación tenía dañado el lavamanos por lo que tuvimos una fuga de agua durante toda nuestra estadía en el baño. Además, se nos dificultó descansar pues otros huéspedes llegaron a las 3:00AM tocando el timbre y llamando a la recepción para que les abrieran y nuestra habitación estaba muy cerca del lobby por lo que sugiero mejorar estos detalles a fin de tener una mejor experiencia de hospedaje. "
