Beautiful grounds, well manicured and staff attentive. Views were spectacular and one of a kind. Volcano views and evening town lights were magical. Volcanic group hike was challenging but definitely worth it. Our tour guide was excellent and well informed. Only regret was not staying longer.
Beautiful view of the volcano! They had a good restaurant on property and good hiking trails and offered tours to the volcano. It is a hidden gem for sure.
Everyone is very friendly and provide an outstanding service. Downside: the hotel do not honor what they offer. Our cabin didn't have wifi and they refused to provide the free breakfast offered.
The staff has among the nicest people we’ve ever encountered. While you are on a secluded areas and only one restaurant to eat the accommodation were excellent and the view is breathtaking. There are many activities to participate in and reasonably priced. Definitely a must stay in hotel.
Very clean and modern property with friendly staff. The rooms have an amazing view and there is breakfast and dining options available. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in this area.
The views are breathtaking, the staff is lovely and the convenient location for hikes is amazing.
I would only advise visitors to either go with a rental/their cars or have drop off/pick up already planned ahead as is not easy to get transport around.
This property was beautiful and the staff were beyond kind. It was nice to have eating options withing the compound, but there were also street vendors on the main road. Drinking coffee and watching the sunrise and clouds from their viewing area is a really wonderful experience. Definitely a great option if you're interested Santa Anna (plus close to the Santa Anna volcano). Definitely a must visit!!

Beautiful scenery and area, but the wifi didn't work due to being so high up and secluded. There wasn’t any ac either, honestly didn’t need with the cool temperatures. Lastly the unit where we stayed had water leaks when it rained
The views. Very pleasant peaceful nights. Nice igloos. Hot water.

Staff was friendly. Accommodations were great with stunning views of the volcano. Dining was limited to only one place with a small menu. Food was average. The only issue we had was the construction going on outside our room until 1:00am in the morning. Not very considerate of guests staying in the nearby igloos.
Would strongly recommend having own transportation. Getting out from the accommodation is a nightmare. Dinning restaurant (Dos Alas) is not great at all for what you pay for. The views are great.
The Internet/wifi was weak at the igloos higher up on the hill. In spite of the high elevation, at minimum, there should be fans in the room. The funny part is the girl their own coffee, they have a coffee pot and coffee cups in the room but no coffee!😂. The good? Romantic, nice landscaping, view of Volcano, good service. I would stay here again.

This place did not have running water, when we first arrived, I’ve tried flushing the toilet, the was no water. No hand towels was provided, was told that the towels were not available. Too expensive, service was not up to standards. I’m sure you’ll find better places in the area. Stall was friendly.

The property is beautiful. The staff is nice/welcoming. There was hot water. My only negative was the smell of mold. Water comes through the windows onto the floor. There were tarps covering the roof might have leaking problem on the roof. They need some type of fan to get rid of the moisture inside. There is construction going on, hopefully something will be done about the minor suites/igloo problems.
This place was way better than I expected. These aren't hotel rooms they're small apartments with rooftop terraces! We lucked out and stayed in igloo #4 which had an unobstructed view of the horizon and next to the volcano. The parking spots are right next to your igloo - perfect! The views were truly spectacular! We had perfect views from inside the igloo as well. The hotel has done a great job posting signage along the way to ensure it's guests don't get lost. The igloos are well equipped with a hot plate, mini fridge, dishes & sink. There are so many trails to hike and explore. There is also a coffee plantation that you can tour you just have to sign up for it in advance. There is a restaurant on site which we never got to visit as we brought our own food thinking there were no food options on site. They are in the process of making some renovations & building an infinity pool. The views from that pool will be amazing once complete. When deciding to stay here I'd recommend a minimum of 2 days to better enjoy all they have to offer. The igloos interior is modern, streamlined & roomy. It was also a nice change to have a spacious bathroom with warm water and good water pressure. It is a great value for all they offer and I would definitely stay here again.
