This hotel has got it spot on. Nearly perfect. Definitely with staying here. The rooms are actually nicer the the photos. Good internet. Close to the cathedral. Very friendly English speaking staff. Wonderful breakfast and they even put on the TV which ever match you want to watch.

Smooth check-in process and clean room. Parking spot is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The pillow was thick and hard. I couldn't sleep and had to ask in the middle of the night for a softer pillow. Rooms get very noisy until midnight (as people talk in the hall and music plays until around 10 PM) and starting at 6 AM as staff prepares for breakfast. There is only one choice for breakfast, and it only includes coffee or tea. Anything else is highly priced for such a place. Customer service was nice, though.

El lugar es acogedor, está muy bien ubicado, la comida es muy buena. Sin embargo, nos ocurrió que la habitación tenía dañado el lavamanos por lo que tuvimos una fuga de agua durante toda nuestra estadía en el baño. Además, se nos dificultó descansar pues otros huéspedes llegaron a las 3:00AM tocando el timbre y llamando a la recepción para que les abrieran y nuestra habitación estaba muy cerca del lobby por lo que sugiero mejorar estos detalles a fin de tener una mejor experiencia de hospedaje.
