We had a great stay. The food is a bit expensive at the hotel, the wi-fi did not work the whole time we were there but the views, access to the lake, thermal waters, islands, use of kayaks, paddleboards etc. was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was good, the rest of the food was ok, a bit overpriced. We went to Asaditos - best food ever overlooking the lake for a decent price about 20minutes from the place back up the hill/road toward San Salvador. Lake is amazing - would definitley come back.

The property has some amazing views of the lake. The room we stay was lake view and it was well keep and clean. The pool does need attention on maintaining it clean I understand it’s the raining season but we been at other hotels during the same time period and they do keep them clean. We was charged for 1 menus that got wet, when the staff bought us the menu to the pool I didn’t wanted to argue with them and I just paid it.

The place was beautiful, food is amazing, staff very nice and helpful. Be prepared to drive at least 3 miles on a dirt road in pretty bad shape but it worths it. Do not drive at night, it was very stres full for us as a family, try to check in early and enjoy the place which is a paradaise.

We had a wonderful, but all too short stay here. The pool and pier are beautiful, as are the lake views. The breakfast and restaurant food delicious. Fabulous, friendly and hardworking staff. We were given an early check in which we appreciated. Hot shower Beds were comfy . The only negative is that the pillows could be better quality. Would love to come back.
