"The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19."

"1. I mailed them in your app twice. They did not reply. It was indeed stressful for me! 2. They should refine their write up and say that they will pick you up from the Mega Mall which is just beside the Batam Center Ferry. 3. When they sent me back to the ferry terminal for my return trip home, they made a detour to another mall. This caused me to be very late for my ferry and I almost missed it!
