"Great place to stay. Pretty quiet in the room and very comfortable with being able to control the thermostat. The Heights is a great place to hang out, have drinks or food, and look out over the river and downtown. I planned to stay for two nights and wound up staying four. The valet parking is a bit questionable considering the vehicle may only be parked a few yards from the entrance, but it's a $32 a day convenience. There are in and out privileges but I didn't need them since when I got back...

"The hotel location was great, staff was very friendly. We loved the restaurant and the swimming area. The room itself needs updated. Carpet was coming up, of all the outlets in the room and incorporated into lamp posts, only 2 in the entire room worked, shower was stained and dripped. "

"The hotel itself was good, though it felt a little 'unpersonal' because of the set up with the empty courtyard space and the lobby upstairs, away from the escalators and elevators. "The property always meets our expectations. The breakfast is good and the hotel is super clean. The staff is very friendly and we feel safe while staying there.The only thing I would like to see more of is sugar free stuff. I’m diabetic and cannot eat all the sugary pies and cookies offered by the hotel and restaurant. "
