When we checked in our A/C was out and it was 85 degrees in our room. Staff was very quick and efficient with immediately moving us to a new upgraded room. We received a grocery delivery while we were there and the front desk had it brought to our door before I even knew the order had been delivered. We always enjoy our stay at the Westin. Perfectly located for ballgames and the staff is top notch
