“No acepten upgrades ni elijan la habitación 4 del interior del castillo,tampoco les recomendaría que se alojarán ,ya que mi experiencia en el no resultó positiva,luego me contestarán con algúna respuesta tipo,pero les aseguro que hay muchos castillos en Inglaterra mejores que este.”

“Lovely staff and great location, room was a bit loud at night since it’s close to an area with busy nightlife but it’s not the hotels fault and it stopped around midnight. I’ll come back next time I visit Newcastle!”

“Excelente atención del personal del frontdesk y el restaurante, la ubicación del hotel fue buena, sus instalaciones son muy conservadoras pero les falta mantenimiento aunque son funcionales, se siente extraño el escuchar crujir el piso en casi todo el hotel donde uno camina.”

“Great hotel and very friendly staff. Delicious salmon for dinner and breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable and big. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which in my case was good, because that is what we were looking for.”

“Great modern and well maintained hotel. Just mentioning in case the hotel staff read this. Only negative was the tray with kettle and tea/coffee/hot chocolate etc. was placed in a shelf without a power point. It was strange to have to lift the large tray and move it to the desk next to the power point. I relocated the hotel directory to a higher shelf.”

“Couldn’t recommend The Tenpus at Charlton Hall more! We stayed in one of the lakeside lodges and had such a lovely relaxing time. We had planned to eat at the Lobster Pot in Bamburgh but lucky for us they were a chef down and couldn’t accommodate us so we ate in the Tempus restaurant which was outstanding. I didn’t catch our servers name but he was so friendly and made us very welcome. Food was delicious. Can’t wait to book again… absolutely loved everything about our visit.”
