Great family hotel ran by friendly staff. Amenities were family oriented with puzzles and pool room. Swimming Pool idea L for spending an hour or so before mealtime. Hotel layout made it easy to navigate . Decor was colourful and bright. Food and service value for money. Would recommend an overnight stay if exploring the surrounding area or travelling form Newcastle airport.

Genuinely fantastic hotel. Staff - especially Jessica and Jack - were very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable. Restaurant was pkeasant and food was good. I travel a lot - for both leisure and business - and can confirm that this hotel is amongst the best I have stayed in - particularly within this price range.
