"Great location and value for money "

"Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Large room and clean"

"Only 1room card given, house keeping need to be requested. No parking available."

"The staffs were really welcoming from the moment we reached the hotel til we left the hotel. For the breakfast, they explained about the dishes so that we foreigners will enjoy! We really loved the hospitality there:) Also the hotel location was good and convenient as in the hotel was close with many shops and restaurants. I would love to stay here again!"

"Quiet neighborhood"

"The location, staffs & room is great but the management have to improve the soundproofing of the building because the music from the fancy trishaw very disturbing. The trishaw is operate until 2.00am. The management also need to allocate a few parking space for the guest and without any cost to be bear by the guest. Although there is a free parking lot provided by the hotel but double parking is a hassle for guests. Guests should leave the car key at the reception to allow hotel staff to remove...

"The hotel quite ok in space & very convenient in location to most attractive place in malacca city"

"Very noisy especially if you got the room next to the road, can hear all the vehicles zoom by can't sleep. Only 1 power socket. WiFi is slower than a 1 year old toddler. Walk in price much cheaper @ 100 rm"
