Tranquil, walking distance to heron watching place

Value for money, simple and comfy, walking distance to some nice eateries, banks and grocery. The only bad experience was the exposure of secondhand smoke from a room on the same level I stayed.

Worth for the price but somehow the cleanliness has to be improved. Stains found on the toilet seat and floor is somehow sticky. But as an overall, room is big, cozy and pleasant stay.

Hotel with swimming pool but not function

Hotel location is quite far from bdr melaka. Choose this hotel due to cheap and has swimming pool. Unfortunately pool is closed. Should inform customer in advance

New clean hotel with friendly helpful Staff from from Front Service to Housekeeping. Surroundings have nice restaurant and coffee shop. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Malacca.

Below expectations

The good: Water pressure is good. There is a full body length mirror in the room. There is gym room and pool, although I didn't utilize these facilities, it looks good. The bad: The room is too dark, not enough light. No mini fridge. The paint of the wall is obviously falling off. TV signal reception too weak. The glass window and mirror in the bathroom are dirty, there is even mould at the edge. Aircon is placed at weird place which makes you feel uncomfortable. We don't feel the receptionist is friendly. Never see them smile in 2 days stay.

Housekeeping can be improved. Sheets got me bad rashes. I can find cobwebs easily. Room lighting very very dim/dark... receptionist did not give guidance how to get to the room until asked. Wifi cant connect even though strong signal

Simple and basic room for 1 night

Just needed a place for the night. Room is clean but shower area was still wet and glass door with stain marks. Kettle w mugs. Need to provide own tea bags or coffee. Only local TV channels mostly in Bahasa. No breakfast place. Nice Japanese restaurant next door.

Comfortable and clean hotel.

Booked 2 Junior suites. Has a balcony which faced the river. Room information doesn't says it has an extra rollaway bed in Junior suite. So in actual fact, the suite can accommodate 3 persons. Room was relatively clean. Was told the hotel was about a year old, so furnishings are quite new and clean. Overall a quite comfortable hotel. About 20 mins away from town. Car park is free.
