Big hotel with lotsa space. Used to be really upmarket a decade ago. Unfortunately the area which used to be bustling so much is now a serious ghost town. Just an odd designer shop and one retail store in the darkness. So weird. Breakfast was not bad. Location is good.

Convenient location walkable to historical sites and shopping malls. The hotel is in need if a major refurbishment. The facilities wasn't great, the sauna and steam room was out of order. The pool was full of kids splashing around which was very noisy and crowded. Breakfast area was very busy had lots of choices if they refill the items also the quality isn't great. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you're looking for convenience and comfort this hotel suits the needs.

Though carparking is charged by the day with multiple entry, there was a double charge on one of the day. When query, the reception staff (guy) was kind of rude in clarifying details, he seem to be 'questioning'. Service staffs at breakfast was on the other hand very courteous. The place has lost its shine over the years.
